I'm just wondering why Ricky Marx finds it necessary to hold a town hall meeting when we have City Council meetings a couple times a month? Although there are times I agree with Ricky, it seems that he is almost always the 'odd man out' on the council. He never wants to come to a compromise with the other council members. And, sometimes it is just the way he asks the questions or makes the remarks that makes me uncomfortable. Perhaps he needs to work a little harder at getting along with the other council members. He is right on one subject- White Salmon needs a different attorney to represent the city.
Hey Squeeky Wheel, have you attended many council meeting? When Holen was Mayor If a citicen stood before him and asked a question Holen would ridicule the person asking the question or refuse to answer. Then go along on his merry way and do as he wanted in the first place. people stopped coming, because it seemed to be a farce that would not change.
